This Privacy Policy explains how Tendd handles your information. We design Tendd to keep your personal notes and relationships as private as possible.
We collect your email address for authentication, your contact names and notes, your chosen tone and occasion preferences, and the voice samples you optionally provide. We also log which drafts you choose to send so we can improve the writing style.
Your data is used to run the app, generate message drafts, and improve how well the drafts match your voice. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your account data is tied to your user ID and protected by row-level security. Only you can read or modify your contacts, notes, PIN, and voice samples.
Draft messages are generated by an AI service. The prompt includes your contact details, tone, occasion, notes, voice samples, and recent chosen drafts. Messages are only sent when you actively tap WhatsApp or SMS and confirm in your messaging app.
You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting us. You may also request a copy of your data.
